Do You Ship Internationally?

Yea! Not yet available on Mars though.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Checkout’.
Please be aware, you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside Europe.

The price is to be paid in Euro and the indication in your local currency is only for orientation, based on an approximate exchange rate. The effective exchange rate is subject to the exchange rate applied by your bank or payment provider in the moment of effective payment.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We process all orders and shipping within 2-4 business days.
(Sometimes it can take until 7 business days if we are dealing with too many orders)
You will receive an email once your package is shipped, with the tracking number.

Our Express Shipping cannot be delivered to postboxes.

Keep in mind shipping times are the average time and aren’t guaranteed.
Please note that we cannot offer free shipping or 30% off shipping if your order includes any tarot decks or books. Due to the amount of handling and extras costs we assume related to these items, we cannot offer that option. We apologize in advance and hope you understand.

Portugal
– Registered Post Mail: 2 business days. Delivered by CTT.
– Express Shipping: Next day after the package is shipped.
– Free Shipping to all orders above 60 euros, by our express shipping method. *

Spain
– Registered Post Mail: 8 to 15 business days. Delivered by Correos.
– Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days after the package is shipped.
– Free Shipping to all orders above 100 euros, by our express shipping method. *

Europe

– Registered Post Mail: 8 to 15 business days. Delivered by your country post office.
– Express Shipping: 4 to 7 business days after the package is shipped. (it can take 1 more extra day to Sweden or remote zones)
– Free Shipping to all orders above 150 euros, by our express shipping method. *
(free shipping is only available for now to EU countries, UK, Switzerland and Norway)

Rest of the World
– Registered Post Mail: 15 to 30 business days. Delivered by your country post office.
– Express Shipping: 4 to 12 business days after the package is shipped. (it can take 1/2 more extra day to remote zones)
– 30% off the shipping cost to all orders above 175 euros, by our express shipping method. *

If you would like to have your item(s) sooner, please send us an email!
From time to time packages can take a few extra days to be delivered – especially in the festive season – for reasons that aren’t our fault. In case this happens, please contact us, we will try our best to try to solve this.

How Do I Track My Order?

At the Main Menu, select “My Account”, login with your email address and password. Then go to “My Orders”, there you can find the tracking code and the status.
Or you can use our Tracking Page.

Can I make a local pickup?

Contact us before you make the order to omnia@quiabsurdum.com.
We are based near Lisbon – Portugal –, and sometimes we sell in local markets or festivals (around Europe) where you can pickup your stuff.

Tracking order
All our packages have tracking code, but not all regions offer end-to-end tracking service, you must check your tracking number with your country post service, or at ctt.pt.

Lost, stolen or incorrect Address
We are not responsible for lost items or stolen packages. Please double check your order carefully before finalizing it, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

We will do everything in our power to resolve any issue as best as we can. Contact us if you have any doubts where your package is or trouble, we will contact our courier service to know more info. Please beware that our courier takes a couple of weeks to reply to inquiries and it is out of our control (can take up to 30 business days). Once the investigation concludes, and if the item is lost or missing, we will either send you a replacement package at no cost or process a refund.
