Prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included at checkout.
Please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be applied to orders shipped outside of Europe.
If you refuse to pay these duties and taxes, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be charged an additional return fee, and you will receive a credit or refund for the subtotal of the order only. Shipping and handling costs, as well as any applicable brokerage or disbursement fees, will not be refunded. If the total cost of bring back your package exceeds the original amount paid, no refund will be issued, and the package will be considered abandoned.
Prices are charged in Euro. Any indication of your local currency is for reference only, based on an approximate exchange rate. The actual exchange rate is determined by your bank or payment provider at the time of payment.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
General Information
We process all orders and shipping within 2-4 business days. We are a small team, and we don’t work on weekends. (Sometimes it can take until 7 business days if we are dealing with a high volume of orders) You will receive an email once your package is shipped, with the tracking number.
Our UPS Shipping cannot be delivered to postboxes.
Please note that Economy Post Mail does not include insurance, meaning we are not liable for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
Keep in mind that shipping times are the average time and aren’t guaranteed.
Please note that we cannot offer free shipping or 30% off in shipping if your order includes any tarot decks or books. Due to the amount of handling and extras costs we assume related to these items, we cannot offer that option. We apologize in advance and hope you understand.

The following shipping method is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all tariffs, taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are included and presented at checkout. You will not have to pay anything further upon delivery.*
– UPS WW Economy: 7 to 15 business days.
*If you refuse delivery or do not pick up your order, the package will be abandoned. Because we ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, the return costs imposed by carriers and customs authorities are extremely high and non-refundable. Therefore, we cannot recover or reship abandoned parcels, and no refund will be issued for such cases.
Rest of the World +

UPS will stop collecting IEEPA tariffs for U.S., BUT U.S. imports from Feb. 24 from all countries will be subject to a 10% Section 122 tariff on the top of the base duty.

How Do I Track My Order?
At the Main Menu, select “My Account”, login with your email address and password. Then go to “My Orders”, there you can find the tracking code and the status.

We are based near Lisbon – Portugal –, and sometimes we sell in local markets or festivals (around Europe) where you can pickup your stuff.

Tracking order
All our packages have tracking code, but not all regions offer end-to-end tracking service (in case of Registered Mail), you must check your tracking number with your country post service, or at ctt.pt.
Lost, stolen or incorrect Address
We are not responsible for lost items or stolen packages. Please double check your order carefully before finalizing it, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

We will do everything in our power to resolve any issue as best as we can. Contact us if you have any doubts where your package is or trouble, we will contact our courier service to know more info. Please be aware that our courier takes a couple of weeks to reply to inquiries and it is out of our control (can take up to 30 business days). Once the investigation concludes, and if the item is lost or missing, we will either send you a replacement package at no cost or process a credit/refund.
