By ordering a pre-order item, you accept/understand the item will be shipped after a few months after your purchase. Doing a pre-order you are helping cover the cost to make the project go further.
When is my card charged?
Payments will be captured at the time of your purchase.
I want to order other items with my pre-order!
Any orders containing pre-order items will not ship until the pre-order items are in stock. It is easier to create a separate order to the items available in stock.
Can i cancel/refund a pre-order?
Yes, please contact us until 30 days after your purchase.
