Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes! But it is really easy and quick. And when you create an account everything is easier in your future orders, making your own wishlist and find special offers.
How Do I Track My Order?
At the Main Menu, select “My Account”, fill the form with your email address and password. Then go to “My Orders” and you can check the status.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yea! Not yet available for Mars.
Please be aware, you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside Europe.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package and How Much ?
We processe all orders and shipping within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email once your package is shipped, with the tracking number.
– Normal*: 5 to 12 business days.
– Registado: 1 to 2 business days.
Europe – 7 to 15 business days.
Rest of the World – 15 to 30 business days.

*We can’t take responsibility for orders without tracking code. But will try everything in our power to solve any lost package.
Can I make a local pickup?

How Can I Return/Exchange a Product?
Ooh, we’re sad to hear that…please let us know through email what is the problem! You have 30 days to return or exchange.
