How can i Return or Exchange a product?

Ooh, we’re sad to hear that… please let us know through email what is the problem! You have 30 days to return or exchange.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. In case of a refund, we don’t refund the shipping price.

Please be aware that any item you want to exchange or return has to be in perfect conditions. Please note, we are a very small 2 person project, so you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. In case of exchange you are also responsible for the new shipping cost.
Items on sale or sold during the Black Friday cannot be exchanged.

Please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be applied to orders shipped outside of Europe.
If you refuse to pay these duties and taxes, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be charged an additional return fee, and you will receive a credit or refund for the subtotal of the order only. Shipping and handling costs, as well as any applicable brokerage or disbursement fees, will not be refunded.
If the total cost of returning your order exceeds the original amount paid, no refund will be issued, and the package will be considered abandoned.

Return shipping costs vary. If you choose for us to provide a return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you use your own carrier, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs charges. It is strongly recommended to use a fully tracked and insured service. For returns from outside the European Union, clearly mark the package as “RETURN” – otherwise, it may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Products shipped as DDP cannot be refunded – therefore, the sale is final.

Return, refund and Exchange policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This is often referred to as the cooling-off period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a clear statement (e.g., email) to: [email protected]

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • In the original packaging (boxes; paper bands around the tshirts/loonsleeves, etc).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law:

  • Goods that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Return Process

Once you have informed us of your intention to return the item within the 14-day period:

  1. You will have 14 days to return the product to us.
  2. We will refund the full cost of the product (excluding shipping) once we have received the returned item in original condition.
  3. Refunds will be processed via credit store or to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Refund Timeframe
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will include the cost of the product, but not the shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or not as described).
Return Shipping Costs
  • If you are within the EU, return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • For returns from outside the EU, clearly mark the package as “RETURN” – otherwise, it may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.
Please contact us immediately by email at [email protected], providing details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a pre-paid return label if applicable.


Post-14-Day Return Policy (After Cooling-Off Period)

For returns beyond the 14-day cooling-off period (but within 30 days), our store policy will apply:

  • Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Products not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts will not be refunded.

Import Duties & Taxes

For customers outside of the EU, please be aware that you are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be applied to orders shipped outside of the EU.
If you refuse to pay these duties and taxes, your order will be returned to us, and you will be charged an additional return fee. In this case, we will refund only the subtotal of your order, excluding shipping, handling, and any fees associated with customs or brokerage charges.

Final Sale (DDP Orders)

Please note that products shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) cannot be refunded – these sales are final. This applies to certain international shipments where duties and taxes are paid by us before delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders & Chargebacks

Important Notice Regarding Courier Claims
Please note that if more than 1 month has passed since your order was shipped (or 3 months for registered mail), we are unable to initiate a reclamation or claim with the courier for lost or delayed items. This is due to the time limits imposed by our courier service.

Action Required: Check Your Order Status Promptly
We highly encourage you to track your order carefully and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues. In the event that your order is delayed, lost, or if you haven’t received it within a reasonable time frame, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Chargeback Warning – Time Limits for Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after a long period (e.g., 5 months or more after purchase), and it is determined that:

  • The item was delivered according to courier records, or

  • The issue could have been resolved through our return or refund process in a timely manner,

You may lose the case with the bank or credit card provider, and no refund will be issued.

To Avoid Complications:

  • Please ensure you’ve contacted us within the appropriate timeframes for lost, delayed, or damaged orders.

  • We recommend checking the status of your order promptly and contacting us directly to address any issues before initiating a chargeback.

  • Chargebacks or disputes initiated after the courier’s claim period (1 month or 3 months for registered mail) may result in complications or the refusal of a refund.
