“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
For a complete harmony within ourselves, we must follow the light.
We compare this light to a voice calling us from the inside, we just need to follow it and trust your own instincts.
If you successfully find the source of the light, you’ll be confronted with your true self. The main goal of this fight (I against I) is to rip apart the fears and doubts away from you, in order to get undressed in front of a full mirror.
Accepting yourself as you really are allow your mind / spirit to dissolute the impurities attached to you. This saturnine process needs you to embrace a symbolic death and your remains will be decomposed by the hermetic Water (Solve). The dark-looking procedure reduces your spirit to the essential trough a deep, effective meditation and introspection. The purity of spirit must be completed, removing the corruption of our collective unconscious.
But to reshape ourselves, we must find the Fire (Coagula) and transform the brute mass into a new Self, making a perfected balance between body and spirit.
The secret Fire of alchemy concedes the life through a new configuration of our structures like a rising Fenix.
This concept of Fenix reborn is a metaphor to our Spiritual Discharge and represents the central figure, free from the social and metaphysical pollution. The mythological bird personifies a greater new been and its miraculous birth can only happen beyond our boundaries.
“How foolish! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. (…) There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another(…) The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.” – Corinthians 15, 36-44.
The design itself describes a perfect harmony between the trinity of inseparable properties of the human being. The Body (alchemical Salt), the Spirit or Psyche (alchemical Mercury) and the Soul (alchemical Sulphur).
Inside the body of light we easily identify some religious symbols. They are the impurities of spirit, a barrier to our free will.
The building projected on the background expose our own earthly foundations. They could not be abandoned, since the health of the spirit depends on the health of the body and vice-versa.
